Bill Shipley

Victim works at a contract painter for Arby's; he had job in Arkansas/Kansas/Texas, but never arrived in Kansas. Victim's clothing was packed, but left inside his residence. Victim has two vehicles; both were found in different locations in south Oklahoma City. Unknown subject using victims credit card approximately 3 weeks later.
