Thomas Desmond

Thomas Matthew Desmond was known to be unhoused in the Fresno, CA area. He normally contacts his mother daily via text or call. He was unhoused in Honolulu for years before moving to Fresno, CA to be closer to family. Family saw him before May 9th to give him a phone charger, and were supposed to meet him at the Fresno Public Library (he hung out at libraries) to give him mail, but he wasn't there. No one has seen him since. Regardless of his unhoused status, he's always maintained communication with his parents.
