Fiance last spoke with Figueroa on 12/11/11 at approximately 2100 hours on his cellular phone (239-210-1518). Figueroa was staying at the Motel 6 located in Brownsville, Texas. Fiance contacted Motel 6 on 12/13/11 and confirmed that Figueroa had checked out on 12/12/11 at 1110 hours.
