Santiago Martinez lives with his brother, who last saw him on July 26, 2024. His brother said Santiago had been depressed, sad and scared and said he was leaving but did not tell him why. Santiago's brother did not witness Santiago leave the residence. When Santiago's brother woke the next morning to leave for work Santiago was not in the residence, and the front door was left wide open. Santiago left behind his bicycle, wallet and cellphone, which is all unusual.
