James Rebar

On 9-8-2025, Bremerton PD was dispatched to a missing persons call. James Rebar was reported missing by his father who knows his son does not want contact, but has grown concerned about where his son is. His father lives in Kingston, but will generally keep an eye on his son. He knows his son stays around the Salvation Army and where he picks up his checks at Community Financial Services. They were contacted by his father and they stated that he has not collected his checks since March. His father said another place his son frequents is the laundromat by O’Reilly’s on Kitsap Way. He did not believe his son would venture over to Seattle. He has a brother in Vancouver. James did not keep much contact via phone and if he did, his father would have heard from him.
