Roy E. New was reported missing by his nephew. His nephew stated he has not seen or heard from Mr. New since November of 2022 when he left his residence at 2200 hours (10:00 pm) in his 2006 Grey Marquis. Mr. New's nephew is not sure if Roy is still in Indiana or possibly in Tennessee with a girlfriend. The last contact local law enforcement had with Mr. New was on 07/20/2023 in regard to a field contact and him being homeless.
