James Kelley

James Kelley was last seen and reported missing by his mother on December 4, 2025, at approximately 0900 hours. Kelley was last seen at their shared residence in Kihei. His last known communication occurred later that morning, at approximately 1030 hours, when he spoke with a friend by telephone. Kelley has a history of leaving his residence while disoriented and has previously been located in a vulnerable condition requiring assistance. Kelley's last known social media activity occurred on October 15, 2025. At or around the time of his disappearance, Kelley left his cellular phone and vehicle at his residence. Based on the circumstances, he is believed to have departed the area on foot.
