A federal warrant for International Parental Kidnapping was issued for I Gusti Ngurah Adi on September 14, 2011. They are believed to be in Indonesia. I Gusti Agung is biracial. He is Asian and White. I Gusti Agung has a scar on his forehead. He may also go by his middle name Bimantara or his nickname Bima.
