According to the family, Rodolfo had a history of walking off and not contacting family. He was living in Bakersfield, CA. The family has not seen or heard from him since. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5'6", very thin at about 135- 140 lbs, with short black hair and brown eyes. He had a tattoo "Morfin" written in script on his upper left arm.
