Grace is described as 5'10”, 150 pounds, with black / graying hair, and possibly some facial hair. The Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office initially received a missing person's report in December 2009. At the time of the report family members indicated that Joel Grace was last seen in the Leesville area on November 18, 2009.
