The above subject is described as a male, Black, 6-foot-2 inches tall, weighing approximately 180-pounds, with black hair, brown eyes. He has a dark complexion and is missing two fingers on his left hands. He is known to frequent the Downtown Chicago Loop area, particularly near Dunkin Donut Establishments where he solicits funds from customers, as well as the old Pacific Garden Mission Homeless Shelter (646 N.
