Jeremy Howard

Jeremy Tyler Howard was last seen in the early morning of Thursday December 24, 2015. Howard went missing near La Jolla Cove in San Diego. He is described as a 19 year old black, male, 6’04” to 6’05”, 175-180 LBS, short curly tapered line-up hair, brown eyes, with fuzz like facial hair. Howard was last seen wearing a maroon shirt, black sweat pants and no shoes. Howard has a tattoo on his right forearm of a cross with “faith” written above it. He also has the name “Rhashea” and 07/05/07 tattooed on his left forearm. Howard has a scar on the left side of his lip with possible stitches
