He was reported to have been very intoxicated to the point that he was actually going the wrong way back to his home and had to be assisted toward the correct direction that would take him back to his home. He never arrived at his residence and has not been seen or heard from since. He was last seen wearing a BLACK shirt and KHAKI cargo pants.
