Along with cognitive issues, the sheriff’s office says he suffers from various medical problems. Loved ones are concerned for his well-being. David is 6 feet tall and weighs 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with blue jeans and boots, and he was wearing a black cap Shier was reportedly carrying a phone.
