Tax Status Disclosure
Project Aziz is operated by J Computer Solutions LLC, a for-profit limited liability company. Donations to Project Aziz are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Please consult your tax advisor before making a donation if tax deductibility is important to you.
All donations made through the Project Aziz platform are received by J Computer Solutions LLC. Donations are used to fund platform operations, server infrastructure, development, hardware procurement, and outreach efforts related to the Project Aziz mission of helping find missing persons.
Donations are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By donating, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. J Computer Solutions LLC does not store full credit card numbers. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
If you select a recurring donation (monthly, quarterly, or annually), your payment method will be charged automatically on the recurring schedule you select. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us via our contact page. Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 5 business days of the transaction at our contact page. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds.
Donations support: platform infrastructure and hosting; development of new features; hardware for field deployment; outreach and marketing to grow the missing persons network; and legal and compliance costs. J Computer Solutions LLC retains discretion over how funds are allocated.
As a for-profit company, J Computer Solutions LLC is not subject to charitable solicitation registration requirements. However, we comply with all applicable state laws governing commercial fundraising and payment processing.
