Terms governing media organizations' access to and publication of Project Aziz content. Applies to all registered media partners.
J Computer Solutions LLC grants registered media partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access, reproduce, and publish case information, photographs, and related content from Project Aziz solely for the purpose of reporting on missing persons and supporting public awareness of missing person cases.
Photographs and personal information submitted by case owners remain the property of the submitting party. J Computer Solutions LLC does not claim ownership of user-submitted content. Media partners must obtain independent clearance from content owners for uses beyond the limited license granted here.
All published content sourced from Project Aziz must include the attribution: "Source: Project Aziz (projectaziz.com)" in a reasonably visible location. For digital content, a hyperlink to the relevant case page is required where technically feasible.
Media partners are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information before publication. J Computer Solutions LLC does not warrant the accuracy of user-submitted case information. Information on Project Aziz may not have been verified by law enforcement.
Media partners must exercise care when covering cases involving minors, persons with cognitive disabilities, or victims of crimes. Consult with Project Aziz and relevant law enforcement before publishing details that could compromise an active investigation or endanger a vulnerable person.
This license terminates immediately upon violation of these terms or upon revocation by J Computer Solutions LLC. Media partners must cease publishing new content sourced from Project Aziz upon termination, but may retain previously published content in accordance with applicable journalism standards.
