This EULA governs your license to use the Project Aziz software platform. Please read it carefully before creating an account.
J Computer Solutions LLC ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Project Aziz platform ("Software") solely for its intended purpose: coordinating missing person searches, submitting tips, and supporting community and law enforcement response efforts. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the Software commercially.
You may not:
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with J Computer Solutions LLC. The Project Aziz name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of J Computer Solutions LLC. Your use of the Software does not grant you any rights in these marks.
You retain ownership of content you submit (case information, photos, tips). By submitting content, you grant J Computer Solutions LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the platform and assist in finding missing persons. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
Project Aziz has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes, without limitation: harassment, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit or violent content, and any content that exploits or endangers another person. All messages, comments, and other user-submitted content are subject to automated filtering and human review.
You may flag or report any objectionable content or abusive user directly within the app, and you may block another user at any time to stop them from contacting you. We investigate every report and, where warranted, remove the offending content and eject the responsible user within 24 hours of the report. Violating this policy may result in immediate content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of your account without notice.
To report inappropriate activity outside the app, contact abuse@projectaziz.com.
The Licensor may update the Software at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Software. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the platform or email.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, J COMPUTER SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This EULA is effective upon your acceptance and continues until terminated. J Computer Solutions LLC may terminate this license immediately if you breach any provision, including the zero-tolerance policy in Section 5. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which J Computer Solutions LLC is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
